Each individual may hold only one active 222bdt account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate closure and forfeiture of balances. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
All 222bdt accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited in BDT at the stated rate. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawals to registered mobile wallets are processed within 15–30 minutes.

Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is at your own risk and may result in account suspension.
2.3 Accurate Information. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one active 222bdt account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. 222bdt reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 222bdt will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to maintain their confidentiality.
3.1 Account Verification. 222bdt reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3.2 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. 222bdt may apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳100 per month to inactive accounts with a positive real-money balance, after providing notice to the registered email or mobile number. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 12 months of inactivity.
3.3 Account Closure by Member. You may request closure of your 222bdt account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completed verification and wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered Payment Method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
3.4 Account Suspension by 222bdt. 222bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct. In such circumstances, any balance associated with the suspended account may be withheld pending investigation.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 222bdt currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank internet banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard and may vary by Payment Method. 222bdt reserves the right to revise these limits at any time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 222bdt account balance within approximately 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Processing times for internet banking channels may be longer depending on the issuing institution. 222bdt is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified; (b) the amount requested must not exceed your real-money balance net of any applicable Bonus Fund wagering requirements; (c) the withdrawal must be directed to the same Payment Method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible; (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing Time. 222bdt targets a withdrawal processing window of 15 to 30 minutes for mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during normal operating hours. Internet banking withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. These are target timelines and not guaranteed service levels.
4.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits from payment accounts not registered in your own name are not permitted. 222bdt reserves the right to reverse any deposit originating from a third-party account and to suspend the receiving account pending investigation. This measure is in place to prevent money laundering and protect all platform members.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and promotional credits offered by 222bdt are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, and eligible game restrictions. These specific terms are communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your account must be rolled over a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Wagers placed on certain games (typically low-margin table games or live casino titles) may contribute at a reduced percentage towards satisfying wagering requirements.
5.3 One Bonus Per Member. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to each eligible member once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of duplicate accounts, different Payment Methods, or any other method constitutes abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of the account.

Participation in each campaign is subject to that campaign's specific terms.

Any account identified as engaging in these activities will have Bonus Funds cancelled and may be subject to permanent suspension.
6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 222bdt are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as displayed within the sportsbook at the time of placement. 222bdt reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has already been determined, where a market was opened in error, or where the stated odds were materially incorrect due to a technical fault.
6.2 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets are available on selected cricket, football, and other sporting events. 222bdt reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of significant match events. Bets already accepted and confirmed before a market suspension are honoured at the stated odds.
6.3 Casino & Slot Games. All casino and slot game outcomes on 222bdt are governed by the random number generators (RNGs) of the respective game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO. 222bdt has no ability to influence game outcomes. 6.4 Disconnection Policy. If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, the game server will complete the round according to its programmed logic. 222bdt is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider, mobile network, or device. 9.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the 222bdt platform — including but not limited to the 222bdt brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text content, and software — is owned by or licensed to 222bdt. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property rights to any Member.
9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 222bdt platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 222bdt content.
9.3 Game Provider Content. Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Spribe, and Play'n GO — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to that provider's terms. 222bdt is licensed to distribute this content to Members but does not own it.
10.1 Platform Availability. 222bdt aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. 222bdt shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 222bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings resulting from technical faults where the fault is attributable to a third-party provider.
10.3 Member Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all funds deposited on the platform. 222bdt does not guarantee any winnings and is not responsible for any financial loss you incur as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
10.4 Aggregate Liability Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely, 222bdt's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.1 Data Collection. 222bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform, including name, date of birth, address, mobile number, device information, and transaction records. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
11.2 Data Sharing. 222bdt may share your personal data with third-party payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.), game providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law. 222bdt does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.2 Termination by 222bdt. 222bdt may terminate this Agreement and close your account at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. Where termination is not due to a breach by you, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered Payment Method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
12.3 Survival. The following provisions shall survive termination of this Agreement: Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct), Section 9 (Intellectual Property), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 13 (Governing Law).
13.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under this Agreement.
13.2 Language. This Agreement is written in English. English is the governing language for all purposes. In the event of any translation being produced for convenience, the English text shall prevail.
13.3 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
